Grease filters capture grease in the extraction systems of catering operations, canteens and industrial kitchens — protecting the HVAC and reducing the risk of fire. We make them entirely in our workshop: aluminium mesh in several layers, secured on both sides with expanded metal, all in a sturdy all-metal frame. No textile — the filter just needs washing and goes back into service. Long service life and low operating costs.


Easiest: take out the existing filter and measure it. Or send a photo of the hood with the opening dimension. We will make an exact replacement — height, width and frame depth.
In normal catering once every 1–2 weeks in the dishwasher or in hot water. In intensive operations (frying, deep-frying) even 2–3 times a week. A clean filter = lower pressure drop and a longer fan life.
