Fan coils

We make fan coil filters as textile sleeves from polyester nonwoven. They act as pre-filters — protecting the heat exchanger from dust and moisture and extending service cycles. We supply them in three versions: without a frame (the sleeve alone for your frame), with a wire frame single-layer (media on one side), or with a wire frame double-layer (media on both sides). The low pressure drop keeps the fan coil fan's consumption where it should be.

ISO 16890

The filter media is polyester nonwoven in the ISO Coarse and ePM10 classes per ISO 16890 — a typical use as a pre-filter to protect the heat exchanger. Safe handling for installers and for hotel room staff who change the filters.

Three frame variants

Choose based on how the holder is arranged at your site. Without a frame — you replace only the media. Single-layer wire frame — a solid ready-made solution. Double-layer — a larger filtration area and longer service life.

Made to measure, always to suit you

There are dozens of fan coil models on the market and each has a different filter. Send us the dimensions, or send us your old filter as a sample. We will make an exact replacement.

Low pressure drop

Fan coil fans have lower output than central HVAC. Every extra percent of pressure drop shows up in noise and consumption. We select our media so that the filter does not take more from the fan than is necessary for the declared efficiency.

For hotels, offices and service

Hotels replace filters regularly between seasons, offices under service contracts, installers keep them in stock for call-outs. We supply individual pieces, but mainly large batches for regular replacement — with consistent quality piece by piece.

Without a frame

I have the size, but no idea of the filtration class

For a typical hotel room, office or common area, ISO Coarse 60–75 % (the former G3–G4 class) is usually optimal. If you need one grade higher, we will make ePM10. Just describe the environment to us.

I do not know the filter size

Send us a photo of the old filter with a ruler, or send the old filter by post as a sample. We will measure it, check the material and make an exact replacement.

How long does production take?

We make everything to order; we do not keep stock. We handle the delivery time individually according to the current workshop workload and the batch size — write to us and we will confirm the exact date promptly. For hotels and service companies with regular orders we will prepare a framework order with production planned ahead.
