We make standard sizes quickly on the automated line. Custom filters or special shapes can't go into the machine — we make those by hand and it takes longer.
For standard sizes we fix the pockets with plastic rods. Custom and very small sizes can't be made this way — they go by hand and require experience. The lead time for custom sizes is therefore longer than for standard ones.
PP and PE bags of standard diameters are made by ultrasonic welding — fast and repeatably precise. Custom diameters and shapes take longer.
