Pocket filters

We manufacture pocket filters for HVAC units to the ISO 16890 standard. Every order gets the personal care of a family workshop — choosing the filter media, sewing the pockets and fitting them into the frame all happen under one roof. The result is reliable filtration that protects indoor air quality, your equipment and your running costs.

We make pocket filters with both plastic and metal frames. To prepare a quote we need to know the filter class, the frame type and dimensions, and the length and number of pockets. For custom sizes we will propose the number of pockets for you. Standard sizes are listed below.

ISO 16890

We cover the complete range of classes (from coarse ISO Coarse filtration to fine ISO ePM1). We capture everything from coarse dirt to health-damaging microparticles, smog and bacteria.

The frame and its stability

Careful manual fitting of the pockets into sturdy plastic or galvanized frames keeps high tightness and minimises the risk of false air intake (bypass). We make the frames ourselves from 0.5 mm strip galvanized steel.

Custom sizes at short notice

We make standard catalogue sizes too, but as a direct manufacturer we can also turn around custom sizes quickly — special lengths, unusual pocket counts or non-standard frames made exactly to fit your operation.

Aerodynamics

Precise pocket geometry and spacer seams ensure even air flow. That means a slower rise in pressure drop, longer service life and significant energy savings for your fans.
