M-pleat

M-pleat is a filter media pleated into a V shape and reinforced with hotmelt adhesive. It can be used in our panel and V-compact filters, but we also sell it separately — primarily to other manufacturers of compact filters. A large filtration area in a small volume means high dirt-holding efficiency and longer service life. Standard density: 20 pleats per 100 mm of length. We adapt the density and other parameters to your requirement.

ISO 16890 classes

We manufacture in classes ISO Coarse 60 %, ePM10 55 %, ePM2.5 70 %, ePM1 60 % and ePM1 80 % to ISO 16890. The same media we use in our own V-compact filters — you have the assurance of consistent quality.

Hotmelt adhesive, firm bond

We hold the spacing between pleats with hotmelt adhesive — a solution that withstands fan pressure surges and thermal cycles without deforming the pleats. No weak points in the structure, repeatable quality piece after piece.

Pleat density to measure

Standard 20 pleats per 100 mm of length. For special applications we adjust the density — more pleats means a larger filtration area and lower pressure drop, fewer pleats means a more robust construction for higher pressure loads.

For manufacturers of compact or panel filters

Our primary customers are manufacturers of compact (V-bank) filters who insert the finished media into their own frames. We also supply OEM customers for specialised filtration units and industrial process boxes.

Send us the required dimensions, density and pleat height and the filter class — we will manufacture exactly to your specification up to a length of 1200 mm.
